We loved our stay at Hotel Cosmea, a wonderful family-run hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay. The double room was well-equipped with a safe box, cable TV, and a comfortable seating area. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything, and just a short 5-minute walk to Ortisei center.

our hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, walk from a bus stop. the staff team was very amiable and kind. there were satellite tv, central heating, and an individual safe in the room, loved that.

The staff was very amiable and upgraded us to a great value room. The food was appetising with a huge variety of dishes on the menu. The hotel is in an excellent and convenient location near the center of town and the gondolas for accessing the mountains and hiking trails. Personalized services were also available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, giving me excellent tips for sightseeing in the area. They even helped me find an alternative route to Seceda mountain when the lift from the city was not operating. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the doorstep of the city and close to Alpe Siusi and the rest of Val Gardena. The central location made it easy for me to explore the area. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide selection of options, including gluten-free choices. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the comfortable bed and nice linen provided me with a great night's sleep.
